I am really proud because I have just got a new goal. I had just practice once and look what happen I got a new goal!!!!! I can't remember my new goal. Someone really helped me and that's Sarah she helped me race though my goal same as Jasmine!

1. First you pick a fairy tale

2. Then you write down all

the places they went

3. Then start a key and a scale

4. Then start making the map.

5. When you have finished 

your practice it will 

be time for your real map

6. On the bottom of the 

page draw the key and 

the scale 

 Then your map is done!!!

 So it was fun!!

Play dough Challenge

This is a play dough challenge of a worm!!!It says the longest worm because I wanted to say what challenge I was doing!! It says it was 68.cm long I only used  one little ball of play dough and maked a long worm!!!!!!!!! I'm a happy little worm that I made this!!

Achieving my maths goal

This is my old maths goal. I have been working hard on this goal! I had to circle all .of the odd numbers. Well guess what I circled all of the odd numbers!!!!!! I am waiting for my new goal because Mrs O was in a rush because another group! I can't remember my other goal because  like I said Mrs O was in a rush I'm really happy to learn my new goal!! I think if I pass this goal my Mum will be very happy! I have been practicing now with Daina she is a friend who helps me with my maths. I am saying this again but I am really happyyyyyyyyyyyy!

My Friends

In my class I have 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9  nine friends I meat Lucia in room same as Amber, I meat Daina at little school same as Taryn , I also meat Stella at little school!! Also Roxy and Nikyla.  Even my family because my family is my friends. If you look at the bottom photo that is me and my friends and if you look at the top that is me with my family. I have heaps of friends!!!!!!! I like being with friends because all they do is help with learning!!!!!!!!!!

 

  

About Me

I like painting because painting can be anything.If you look

at the first photo you can see what, it looked like the first

time and if you look at the second photo that's how it 

turned out. At the top I worked as hard as I could.

   The bottom that was when I was finished. This is all

the stuff I saw was  at the forest.

Sometimes I think about the art on the computer 

because there probably was a bush in

my face!!

My new maths goal

I know my teen facts so it was time for a new goal.  Here it is - odd and even numbers!! I am always going to be working on this goal because it is learning and school is for learning. Everyday I will be working on this goal to make shore I know it and so I can get a knew goal!! Today is the day I must wok on it!!!

School

At school there is lots of very very nice friends. Lots of people respect each other, because the kids who respect are nice. Well the teaches are very nice as well, the teachers do everything, for us. Sometimes people feel really sick so ,we would usually take them to the sick bay. I like school because it's where I learn. This is a photo of respect at me!!

Learning

My learning is great because I listen and I learn. Every day I think before I work on my work!!!!!!!!!! My teachers are amazing because they help me and tell me what to do and that is all in my story!!!! That is the Te Ara Tika goal that I learnt so much about this!!

My Dream Classroom

Today I finished  my  dream classroom.  Not just any old dream classroom but a great, amazing, awesome, funky and learning dream classroom. I put lots of candyfloss in the room and I also put a lucky pet Cat. I added a library in the funky, chunky, lunky dream classroom. I even put in a candyfloss machine for the Teachers.  My dream classroom helps me to focus on what I am reading.  It has questions so I can figure them out.  If you want to see my awesome, amazing dream classroom it will be up on the window of secret 67 hq.

This is  my photo that I toke with my group. This is the rule of thirds. The rule of thirds you take  a photo of something but put on the side!In my group there was Lucia and Ethan S.We worked really hard on this because we wanted to get it done and so we could go onto the other challenge!

Ethan  took  a photo of Lucia and Lucia took a photo of the trees and I toke a photo of this!

So that's the lot!!!!

My Student Led Conference

At Student Lead Conference Me and Mum had so much fun! I showed Mum My folder and other things in my box. Me and Mum looked at the waka. My Mums name is Haley and My Dads name is Hemi. My Mum liked My learning stuff! It was AMAZING and COOL and AWESOME! I was proud of My self when I showed my  Mum all of my AWESOME work I had done so far this year. I can't wait to do this again!

This is my play and I am Mel in my play. Mel is the little girl she is funny. In the play we have fridge,
microwave, dishwasher, Mel, dad and mum. We were a TEAM we made sure we were

After reading my homework bingo it asked me to list things I know about eels. I didn't know to much and wanted to know more so mum and I googled nz eels and now I know more like that there are two types of eels long fin and sort fin.

KC award week 8

It has been so exciting to see you taking new learning and applying it independently in your own free time.  We loved your library discoveries - wow words and onomatopoeia.  Well done

My story that I wrote

Remember when I was in the library and I found pandemonium? I wrote a story about going to the library and looking for the words. I used red pen to edit my story and used the dictionary to find out the right words. I added in questions to hook my reader in. 

Next time I am going to think about which way my letters go, like my Z, and where my full stops should be.

Abbie and Wow Words

Today in the library I read the story called Mog at the Zoo. I read through lots of pages until I got to the second to last page and I found lots of wow words. They are sound words. They are called onomatopoeias. I learnt that pandemonium means lots of noise and craziness. I love reading and if I find wow words I love reading them over and over again.
